Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  
• Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress.
  
• Plan work schedules and manage workforce attendance.
  
• Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors as per project priorities.
  
• Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and safety equipment.
  
• Enforce workplace safety standards and maintain project timelines.
  

Salary: ₹1,16,000 INR per month
