We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals with at least one year of hands-on experience in concrete work-whether on wall or flat crews.

Learn more about us at www.brothersconstructionwi.com. Key Responsibilities Assist with concrete pours, setup, finishing, and clean-up on wall or flatwork crews. Set forms, tie rebar, place and consolidate concrete per project specs.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and correctly. Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow direction from foremen and crew leads. Follow safety protocols, company procedures, and quality standards.

Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required. Support project prep, layout, and finish work under supervision.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of concrete labor experience (flat or wall crew). Ability to take direction, work as part of a team, and follow company policies. Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, working outdoors in various weather, and standing for extended periods.

Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow. No minimum education required. Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
