Site Manager – Demolition Project Location: Fillingate, Leicester Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm Duration: 50 weeks Start Date: Mid to End of June About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the full demolition of a plant in Leicester. This is a complex, high‑level demolition project requiring someone with a proven background in managing large‑scale, high‑risk demolition works from start to finish. You will oversee all site operations, ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards, coordinate subcontractors, manage site documentation, and maintain smooth day‑to‑day progress across the 50‑week programme.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all on‑site demolition activities Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation and company procedures Oversee high‑level demolition works and associated risk controls Manage subcontractors, labour, and site logistics Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inspections Maintain accurate site records, RAMS, and progress reporting Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Required Qualifications & Experience SMSTS First Aid – 3‑day course NVQ Level 6 – Black CSCS Card Strong background in high‑level demolition Experience managing demolition of industrial or plant facilities How to Apply If you have the right experience and are available to start mid/end June, we'd like to hear from you.
