Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of complex health-tech installations across South Australia.

Reporting to the Project Operations & Service Manager and working closely with broader project and service delivery teams, you’ll take full ownership of on-site execution. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality, while maintaining strong commercial control and governance compliance.

This is a site-based role and an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career leading complex, fast-paced project delivery in the healthcare technology industry.

About the Role

You’ll lead and coordinate all on-site installation and commissioning activities of healthcare technology (hardware & software) across allocated projects, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule and client expectations. Alongside site execution, you will manage subcontractor performance, oversee safety and compliance, and maintain visibility of progress, risks and commercial impacts.

How you will contribute

  • Lead on-site installation and commissioning activities aligned to scope, schedule and budget

  • Manage subcontractors to deliver against safety, quality and performance expectations

  • Coordinate trades, sequencing and workflows to optimise delivery efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, permits and inductions

  • Plan and coordinate materials and equipment to avoid delays and minimise costs

  • Monitor site progress, risks and issues, providing reporting and escalation

  • Identify and manage variations and commercial impacts to protect margin

  • Oversee quality standards, inspections and defect resolution

  • Act as the key on-site contact for clients and stakeholders

  • Drive structured and compliant project handover

What we are looking for

  • Experience managing complex project sites (construction, engineering, healthcare or technology)

  • Proven subcontractor and multi-trade coordination experience

  • Strong safety, compliance and governance capability

  • Experience managing site progress, risks and reporting

  • Commercial awareness and experience identifying variations

  • Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills

  • Relevant trade or technical qualification (desirable)

  • Required certifications (White Card, driver’s licence); additional site certifications advantageous, satisfactory National Police Check and a working with children’s check if or where required.
