Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities for luxury residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, workforce coordination, quality control, project timelines, and ensuring smooth on-site operations while maintaining the highest construction standards.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all day-to-day site activities and construction operations. Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and company standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of work. Manage site labor, subcontractors, and workforce productivity. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

Ensure proper material planning, inventory management, and usage control. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review. Resolve on-site technical and operational issues effectively.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction guidelines. Monitor finishing work and maintain premium quality standards for luxury projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential construction/site management. Strong understanding of construction processes, site execution, and finishing work. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Good leadership, team handling, and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of quality standards and site safety practices.

Experience in luxury residential or builder-floor projects will be preferred.
