Site Manager Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative and day‑to‑day facilities operations of their assigned locations, ensuring that the site is in acceptable condition at all times and supervising maintenance workers, service workers, housekeeping, and kitchen staff. Skills & Requirements Valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing. Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Clear 39‑month MVR record and ability to present MVR report at interview. Level one fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain. 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED. 2–3 years of experience in business administration, or similar combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to health, sanitation, and fire inspections. Supervisory experience required. Benefits Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks).
