Site Manager

As a Site Manager at GXO Logistics, you will lead end-to-end logistics operations at one of our key facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused performance every day. Operating within the Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement industry and reporting into the Logistics function, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced, technology-enabled solutions that help our customers manage their supply chains more effectively, enhance their customers’ experiences, and reduce overall costs.

You will have full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, including warehouse activities, inventory control, and inbound and outbound flows. Working closely with a team of supervisors and frontline associates, you will create a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. You will monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement process enhancements that drive greater efficiency and accuracy while maintaining strict adherence to customer requirements and contractual service levels.

In this role, you will collaborate with transportation, procurement, and planning teams to optimize the movement of goods through the facility, ensuring on-time shipments and accurate receipts. You will manage labor planning and scheduling, aligning staffing with forecasted volumes and ensuring that your team has the training, tools, and support needed to succeed. You will foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting as the primary operational contact for the site and promptly addressing escalations or service concerns.

As a people leader, you will recruit, coach, and develop team members, promoting GXO’s inclusive, diverse, and collaborative culture. You will champion best-in-class safety practices, enforce regulatory and company standards, and lead regular safety talks, audits, and corrective actions. You will also be responsible for budget awareness at the site level, helping to manage costs, support financial planning, and identify opportunities for savings without compromising service quality.
