Site Manager

Site Manager | Retrofit/Social housing refurbishment Sheffield £250 per day DOE 2 Month Contract Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to support a busy refurbishment and retrofit programme across the Sheffield area on a 2-month contract. This role will suit someone with a strong background in refurbishment works, high-rise projects and managing both direct labour and subcontractors. Key experience required: Proven Site Manager experience within refurbishment/construction EWI / External Wall Insulation experience High-rise project experience Internal works including fire stopping, sprinklers, fire doors, bathrooms and shaft wall works External works including balconies, patch repairs and window replacements Experience managing direct and subcontracted teams Ability to read and work from building drawings SMSTS Scaffold Inspection CSCS Card Asbestos Awareness preferred Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Desirable: Social housing experience New build experience Wider retrofit knowledge Pay rate is £250 per day DOE.
