Site Manager - Class 2 Developments

$180,000 – $250,000 + Super (depending on experience)

We’re partnering with a highly respected 4 Gold Star rated iCIRT Tier 2 Developer/Builder delivering quality Class 2 residential developments across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of newly secured projects across Southwest Sydney and the Lower North Shore, they are seeking experienced Site Managers to join their growing team.

The Opportunity

This is a key leadership role overseeing the day-to-day delivery of Class 2 residential apartment developments valued between $50M-$100M. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme outcomes, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site personnel
• Drive programme, sequencing, and short-term construction planning
• Maintain strong safety, quality, and compliance standards across site
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and daily coordination meetings
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate site documentation
• Manage defects, quality assurance, and workmanship outcomes
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery

About You

• Strong background managing projects valued between $30M to $80M
• Confident leading subcontractors, site teams, and programme delivery
• Excellent understanding of WHS, QA, NCC, and construction compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Stable employment history with reputable builders or developer-builders
