Our client, a leader in commercial real estate management, is seeking a Site Manager - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Site Manager - 3rd Shift, you will be part of the Facilities Operations Department supporting the engineering and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to facility management, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Site Manager - 3rd Shift Shift - 3rd shift, Monday-Friday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Pay rate: $38/hr-$41/hr (Higher salary can be discussed) Location: Franklin, MA 02038 What's the Job? Supervise and coordinate the night shift team and external vendors to ensure efficient maintenance operations Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety systems to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and facility issues, conducting inspections and reporting on conditions affecting occupancy and operations Prepare detailed operational reports and technical evaluations, documenting work performance and materials procurement using work order systems Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, participate in ongoing safety training, and identify hazards for elimination What's Needed? High School diploma or GED equivalent At least five years of relevant experience in HVAC or facilities maintenance, with a minimum of two years managing maintenance or engineering personnel EPA Section 608 Universal certification and valid refrigeration technician's license Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Building Management System (BMS), and Microsoft Office Suite Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems What's in it for me?
