Company Description Tejas Constructions Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Bengaluru West Kengeri. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, coordinating with civil engineers, ensuring quality control standards are met, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders. Daily tasks will include monitoring project progress, enforcing safety regulations, and addressing any issues that may arise on-site.

Qualifications Minimum 7 years experience with on-site construction activities and knowledge in structural engineering Excellent communication skills for coordinating with civil engineers and other stakeholders Strong focus on quality control to ensure adherence to standards and regulations Ability to monitor project progress and enforce safety regulations Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Prior experience in construction is a must Proficiency in project management software is beneficial
