Site Engineer

Working on a Monday to Friday 5/2 roster, you'll enjoy thebenefits of a metro-based role while contributing to projects thathelp shape Perth's future. Plus, you'll receive a 10% uplift whileworking onsite on our Metro Infrastructure projects.

To be considered for the position you must possess thefollowing as a minimum:

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a relateddiscipline.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer within the civil orinfrastructure industry.
• Experience in road, pavement or general civilinfrastructure projects is highly regarded.
• Main Roads WA project experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction quality, safety andengineering processes.
• Highly effective written and verbal communicationskills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solvingability.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similarproject planning software is desirable.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performingproject team.

You will be responsible for but not limitedto:

• Assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery ofengineering activities across the project.
• Preparing schedules, short-term plans and resourceforecasts.
• Monitoring project progress, productivity and siteperformance.
• Coordinating subcontractors and assisting with themanagement of work packages.
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with projectdrawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Supporting QA documentation, inspections, ITPs and projectrecords.
• Assisting with procurement, planning and engineeringdocumentation.
• Monitoring compliance with safety, quality andenvironmental standards.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and the project team tosupport successful project outcomes.
• Providing technical support to Project Engineers and siteteams as required.
