Job Summary We are looking for a technically sound and execution-focused Site Engineer to manage onsite construction activities for residential and commercial projects.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, material management, and ensuring work completion as per approved drawings and timelines. Key Responsibilities  Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.  Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.  Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams.  Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.  Conduct quality checks for civil and finishing works.  Ensure proper usage and management of construction materials at site.  Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.  Handle site measurements and verify contractor bills.  Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline.  Identify execution issues and coordinate for timely resolution.  Monitor manpower productivity and site operations.  Maintain site documentation, records, and work reports. Required Skills  Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.  Understanding of RCC work, finishing work, and structural drawings.  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.  Good coordination and communication skills.  Practical problem-solving ability.  Knowledge of site safety practices.  Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Qualification B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience 2–8 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects. Experience in high-rise building projects will be preferred. Software Knowledge  AutoCAD  MS Excel  MS Project (Preferred)  Basic ERP / Reporting Tools Preferred Candidate Profile  Strong site execution experience.  Ability to handle contractors independently.  Experience in real estate companies preferred.  Candidates from Jaipur or willing to relocate preferred.
