DescriptionResponsibilities* Coordinate test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with professionalism and courtesy* Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies* Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection* Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales* Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto salesQualifications* Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory* Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction* Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree is considered a plus* Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferredCompensation$50,000 - $150,000 yearlyAbout Genesis of South BayGenesis of South Bay is a premier luxury automotive dealership serving the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area.
