Job Description β Showroom Sales Executive / Assistant Store Manager Location: Pune Position Summary KisanKraft is launching its exclusive retail showroom format across India, starting with key cities including Pune. We are looking for a highly energetic and sales-driven Showroom Sales Executive / Assistant Store Manager to manage daily showroom operations and drive retail sales. This role is not a back-office or administrative role.
The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to generate sales, convert walk-in customers, build local market relationships, and ensure strong customer experience inside the showroom. The ideal candidate should be commercially sharp, customer-friendly, operationally disciplined, and passionate about sales. Key Responsibilities β Retail Sales & Customer Conversion - Drive daily showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets - Convert walk-in customer enquiries into billable sales - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable KisanKraft products - Upsell and cross-sell accessories, consumables, and related products - Generate repeat business and customer referrals - Build relationships with farmers, contractors, gardeners, landscapers, hardware buyers, and local institutions - Maintain strong product knowledge across all KisanKraft categories Showroom Operations - Ensure showroom cleanliness, display standards, and product visibility - Maintain proper product arrangement and merchandising - Ensure price tags, demo products, and display units are updated - Support store opening and closing activities - Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock movement and replenishment Customer Experience & Service - Ensure every customer entering the showroom is attended promptly - Handle customer queries, complaints, and product guidance - Coordinate after-sales support and service follow-up with relevant teams - Maintain customer database and enquiry records Billing, Inventory & Reporting - Support billing and POS operations - Maintain daily sales reports and showroom records - Assist in stock counting and inventory management - Ensure no stock mismatch or pilferage Local Market Development - Visit nearby agriculture and vegetable markets, nurseries, contractors, and institutions for lead generation - Support local promotional activities and showroom events - Build awareness of the KisanKraft showroom in the local market Desired Candidate Profile - 2β6 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, agri-inputs, hardware, power tools, pumps, machinery, automobile retail, consumer durables, or related sectors - Strong sales orientation and customer handling capability - Comfortable interacting with rural and urban customers - Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English - Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting - Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment Educational Qualification - Graduate / Diploma preferred - Candidates with strong retail sales experience may also be considered About KisanKraft KisanKraft is one of Indiaβs leading agriculture and power tools companies with a growing presence across agriculture machinery, seeds, power tools, and allied categories.
