Full ownership of a high-performing, community-driven store Leading from the front to deliver best-in-class customer experience and store standards Accountability for commercial performance and operational excellence Proven experience as a Store Manager within premium food retail Background in high-quality, service-led retail environments Track record of delivering strong commercial and operational results Join a brand with a strong reputation for quality and community presence Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
