Shipping/Inbound/WH Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and continuously develop global standards for Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse Management / SAP within BOGE.
• Deliver training and provide support for SAP implementations and process changes at BOGE manufacturing plants worldwide.
• Lead sub-projects related to the implementation of SAP standards across BOGE manufacturing plants (adaptation to internal customer requirements remains the responsibility of the IT department).
• Act as the SAP contact person for key users at manufacturing plants.
• Review and approve requirements submitted by local process experts.
• Perform SAP testing and release defined processes.
• Align and approve processes with local SD key users, Global Process Experts (GPEs) from other functional areas, and IT.
• Participate in integration testing for SAP upgrades and implementations across BOGE plants worldwide.
• Maintain and update test scripts within the GPE area.
• Be responsible for the following process areas:
• Supplier packaging accounts
• Customer packaging accounts
• Packaging unit selection and shipment preparation
• Goods shipment
• Loading preparation and packing list verification
• ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) configuration and issue resolution
• Monitoring of EDI management and troubleshooting
• Warehousing process
• Customer/Supplier label specifications, configuration, changes and validation
• Monitoring of shipping management processes
• Management of packaging master data (LEIH/VERP)

Additional Responsibilities

The employee shall perform duties in accordance with the scope of this job description, the employment contract, applicable labour legislation, and valid organizational and management regulations.

The employee shall comply with directives and documentation arising from:

• the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949:2016;
• the Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001;
• the Occupational Health and Safety Management System;
• the Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001.

Qualification Requirements :

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Experience with SAP SD is considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in shipping/Inbound and delivery processes.

Language Skills

• English – minimum level B2 (mandatory).

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Office – proficient user.
• SAP – user knowledge
