Our Brooklyn kitchen is where it all comes together—we prepare and pack thousands of chocolate gifts throughout the year, work closely as a small team, and yes, we eat a lot of chocolate and sweets along the way.

Position Overview

This position is based in our Brooklyn kitchen near DUMBO and requires weekday and weekend availability during daytime hours. The role is a mix of computer-based work and hands-on fulfillment.

This is a structured, process-driven role with strict daily shipping deadlines. Accuracy is essential, as every order must be packed correctly and shipped on time.

Responsibilities

* Process daily online and local orders using company fulfillment systems
* Review orders for accuracy, including shipping details, gift notes, special requests, and delivery requirements
* Carefully pack chocolates and confections according to company packaging and presentation standards
* Prepare shipments for pickup, delivery, and customer orders while meeting daily deadlines
* Maintain digital inventory records, supplies, and freezer organization
* Monitor upcoming orders and help prepare product and packaging needs in advance
* Maintain organized inventory records for products, packaging materials, and shipping supplies
* Communicate low-stock items, order issues, and fulfillment needs to the appropriate team members
* Support regular inventory checks and help keep storage and fulfillment areas organized
* Use computer systems and internal tools to support order processing and fulfillment workflow
* Follow all food safety, allergen, product handling, packaging, and shipping procedures
* Keep the fulfillment workspace clean, organized, and efficient

* Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
* Maintain a positive attitude and support the team during daily operations and high-volume periods

Physical Requirements

* Able to lift up to 30 pounds

* Comfortable spending much of the day on your feet

Previous fulfillment, warehouse, and food handling experience is necessary.
