Shift Manager – McDonald’s (Bunbury, Bunbury South, Dalyellup, Treendale)

We are looking for enthusiastic Shift Managers to join our team across multiple locations. We have casual, full‑time and part‑time positions available for area and shift management.

Overview

Our restaurant is open 24 hours a day, offering flexibility to accommodate your availability. The role is governed by the Fast Food Industry Award.

Responsibilities

As a Shift Manager you will be accountable for delivering outstanding quality, service and cleanliness (QSC), sales, people practices and profit on your shifts.

• Supervise employees to ensure all restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to.
• Comply with restaurant safety & security standards to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
• Take responsibility for food safety and maintain the highest standards throughout the restaurant.
• Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to keep them aligned with shift targets and restaurant goals.
• Actively seek customer feedback to ensure an exceptional customer experience, driving repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver the best quality and experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality or retail (preferred but not required).
• Current First Aid – HLTAID011 certificate (preferred).
• Current Fire Safety Training certificate (preferred).
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Police Check required if successful (applicants over 18 years only).
