Responsibilities: - Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness - Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service - Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality - Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets - Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency - Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food/Hospitality industry - Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays This position offers a robust benefits package, Health Savings Account (HSA), Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(K) Plan Company Match, Paid Time Off, Employee Resource Group(s), Tuition Reimbursement program through Colorado Technical University, and much, much more!
