Role Description This is a full-time, 4 on 4 off on-site role based in Greater London for an experienced Shift Engineer. As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning to the highest standards.

Daily tasks include conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance, responding to repair requests, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and assisting with hotel renovation or technical projects to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance. Practical skills for facility management, including equipment and control systems maintenance.

Ability to conduct routine inspections and manage preventative maintenance programs effectively. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, along with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience in a luxury hospitality or similar environment is highly desirable.

Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in engineering or building maintenance are advantageous.
