SHE Lead Location - Glasgow, Scotland (onsite) Salary - up to £50k Copello has partnered with an established Defence Engineering business, who are looking for an experienced SHE professional, working across complex build and support activities. This position is playing a key role in driving Safety, Health and Environmental standards across operation and project teams. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of SHE management systems and processes Provide competent SHE advice to operational and project stakeholders Drive improvements in SHE performance and risk controls Conduct assurance and compliance activities across programmes and sites Contribute to continuous improvement and SHE change initiatives Promote strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams Experience Required A recognised Level 5 (or above) SHE qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating within complex engineering, manufacturing or highly regulated environments Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives Good understanding of SHE legislation, compliance and assurance activities This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and technically driven environment supporting large-scale, safety-critical programmes #J-18808-Ljbffr
