Job Overview Provide services and support as a ServiceNow/SharePoint Developer for Government and Public Services Sector clients such as the National Science Foundation (NSF), focusing on Human Capital solutions. The role is based in Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid‑Atlantic Region, supporting a federal science agency’s HR modernization. Responsibilities Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation. Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence. Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human‑capital management policies. Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools. Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs. Configure, build, test, deploy, and sustain technical components supporting cross‑cutting ServiceNow & SharePoint development. Develop workflows, integrations, automation, dashboards, and platform changes; resolve defects and document technical designs.
