Experience : 9+ Years Key Skills: * ServiceNow ITSM * Vulnerability Response (VR) * Security Operations (SecOps) * Integrations * CSA Certification (Mandatory) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 9+ years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, implementation, and customization across ITSM, Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Operations (SecOps), and Integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, workflows, Flow Designer, integrations, and platform customization, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, VR, and SecOps Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party tools Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer solutions Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, effort estimation, and implementation planning Troubleshoot platform issues, debug scripts, and optimize performance Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders Support upgrades, patching, and instance maintenance Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives Required Skills: 9+ years of ServiceNow development experience Strong expertise in ITSM, VR, SecOps, and Integrations Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party integrations Good understanding of CMDB, ServiceNow data model, Workflows, and Flow Designer Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Certifications: CSA – Mandatory CIS-ITSM / CIS-VR / CIS-SecOps – Preferred CAD – Preferred Good to Have: ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, or IRM experience App Engine and Workspace development Security tool integrations (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike) DevOps, Automation, and CI/CD exposure Service Portal and UI Builder experience Client-facing workshops, demos, and technical documentation Why Join?
