ServiceNow Manager / Architect

Portugal | Hybrid with time in Lisbon office

Conspicuous is working with a client seeking an experienced ServiceNow Manager to lead the strategy, architecture and ongoing development of their ServiceNow platform.

This is a key leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the platform, guide a technical team, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure ServiceNow supports current and future operational needs.

The role will involve:

· Leading the architecture, configuration, implementation and ongoing management of the ServiceNow platform

· Managing and developing a team focused on ServiceNow optimisation and platform enhancement

· Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions

· Driving best practice across governance, security, administration and platform performance

· Overseeing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications

· Managing licensing, vendor relationships and third-party support

· Ensuring the platform remains reliable, secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Manager or Technical Lead

· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM and HRSD

· Experience with ServiceNow platform development, configuration and administration

· Strong understanding of ITIL best practice, ITSM processes and HR processes

· Experience leading technical teams and working with senior stakeholders

· Good English communication skills

· ServiceNow certifications would be highly beneficial

· Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist AI would be an advantage
