ServiceNow Developer (Flow Designer / Integration Hub / UI Builder) for our client in Chennai/Bangalore/HYD

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow workflows, API integrations, and UI/UX development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, Integration Hub, App Engine, and UI Builder to design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Studio.

Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs. Develop scalable and user-friendly applications using App Engine and UI Builder. Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements. Develop reusable components, workflows, and integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and optimize application performance.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities. Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. Strong hands-on experience with: Flow Designer Workflow Studio Integration Hub App Engine UI Builder Experience in REST and SOAP API integrations. Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting.

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow customization. Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
