ServiceNow Business Analyst UK - Remote £50k - £55k Salary We have an opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a fast-growing Elite Partner in their UK team. With a healthy project pipeline and highly talented team, you will be working with some of the best ServiceNow experts across the UK to deliver complex implementation projects, offering the opportunity to broaden your platform expertise and progress into a Senior BA role. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to help translate business needs into clear, workable requirements and support ongoing platform enhancements.

This includes gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories, process mapping, validating new functionality and stakeholder management. To be successful, you must have the following experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow projects Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, etc) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work with senior stakeholders Experience working for a consultancy is preferred For more information, Apply Now
