ServiceNow Architect (ITSM)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect (ITSM) who wants to learn and transform his/her career.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and ITSM solutions.

• Advanced to Fluent English.

• Strong experience designing and leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures.

• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Level Management.

• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow platform governance.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Strong understanding of platform scalability, performance, security, and upgradeability.

• Experience leading architecture reviews and technical governance activities.

• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Ability to collaborate with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/GenAI, Now Assist, and Virtual Agent.

• Experience with Employee Center and digital workplace solutions.

• Experience within Utilities or Energy industry.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.

• ServiceNow CTA or architecture certifications.

• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.

• Knowledge of UX and Employee Experience best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solution architecture.

• Assess current processes, platform configurations, integrations, technical debt, and operational challenges.

• Design target-state architecture and implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives. • Promote an Out-of-the-Box First approach while ensuring platform governance and best practices.

• Ensure alignment with CMDB, CSDM, security, scalability, resiliency, and performance standards.

• Lead architecture governance sessions, technical reviews, solution walkthroughs, and design approvals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate technical strategies and solution decisions.

• Provide architectural oversight for ServiceNow ITSM implementations and enhancements.

• Ensure AI and GenAI capabilities are securely integrated into ITSM processes and workflows.

• Review solution designs, configurations, and custom developments to ensure quality and maintainability.

• Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Guide consultants, developers, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM).

• Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• ITIL Foundation v4.

• ITIL Managing Professional.

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

• ServiceNow Architecture Certifications.
