Job Description

OEG are looking for service technicians to fill rolls over the next few months in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair

  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on offshore wind turbines in accordance with OEM/Operator specifications and site procedures.
  • Support with corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Completion of service reports using digital tools and OEM/Operator systems.
  • Ensure general housekeeping and cleanliness within WTGs.

Safety, Compliance & Quality

  • Adhere to all HSE standards (GWO, OEM/Operator, and site‑specific)
  • Conduct all work activities in line with associated SSOW and task specific RAMS packages
  • Complete accurate service reports, NCRs, punch lists, and parts usage in the designated Computerized Maintenance Management System (e.g., SAP/OMS).
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, component usage, punch lists, and non‑conformities.
  • Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions or behaviours are observed
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work as part of an offshore maintenance team to meet turbine availability and production targets.
  • Participate in daily toolbox talks, risk assessments, and lift planning activities.
  • Provide support to Authorised Technicians AT's and contribute to a positive, safety‑focused work environment.

  • OGUK / OEUK Medical
  • Chester Step Test: Good or Above
  • GWO Working at Height
  • GWO First Aid
  • GWO Fire Awareness
  • GWO Manual Handling
  • GWO Sea Survival
  • GWO Slinger Signaller
  • GWO BTT E/M/H/B (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics and Bolt Tightening)
  • GWO Advanced Rescue - all four modules (Hub, Nacelle, Hub Single and Nacelle Single)
  • WTSR Core
  • WTSR MMI and Practical (Management and Instructions)
  • Vestas TOS (Technical and Operational Safety)

Mandatory for works in Poland

  • SEP (National Electrical Exam)
  • UDT Internal Crane (IIS / Suwnice)
  • UDT Telehandler (IWJO)
  • UDT Elevator (IIP / Podesty)
  • UDT External Crane (HDS-UDT)
