In this role you support the Service Operations EMEA Lead, acting as the regional liaison between delivery teams and SO leadership. You drive cross-functional collaboration, data quality, and process improvements to help meet annual objectives. You’ll monitor financial metrics, support budgeting and reporting, and contribute to resource planning and optimization in a collaborative, hybrid environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Act as regional point of contact between delivery teams and SO leadership • Foster cross-functional relationships and manage stakeholder expectations • Navigate negotiations and resolve conflicts to balance priorities • Drive continuous process improvement for SO artifacts, processes or tools • Maintain data quality with Power BI dashboards and project data in Kimble/Kantata • Monitor financial metrics, flag risks, and report to project managers and SO leadership • Support budget governance, approvals, and collaboration with finance • Assist with resource planning, capacity management and demand forecasting

Responsabilidades • Professional Services / Consultancy experience, minimum 2 years • Understanding of resource planning principles xqbhyrx • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or cost management • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Experience building/interpreting dashboards/reports using BI tools
