About the Role
Reporting directly to theDealer Principal / Group Service Manager, you will oversee a team ofService Advisors, Technicians and Apprentices, ensuring the department meets budgeted gross and net profit targets while delivering exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department
- Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop
- Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
- Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met
- Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.
