Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at Follia in Manhattan's Gramercy neighborhood. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing service processes to meet business goals.
The Service Manager is responsible for supporting the Operations Director and Co-Service Managers by training, developing, and managing all FOH team members, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining company standards and conditions, and fostering a positive and humble environment. Ensure the entire space looks, smells, and feels great- lighting, temperature, restrooms, cleanliness, seating arrangements. Collaborating with the Operations Director and Owners on any aesthetic improvements, among many items to be reviewed in your required weekly upper management meetings.
Supporting the Beverage Director by ensuring proper execution of beverage service and continuing education of the team. Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and proficient in various tech/software systems including Toast POS, Schedulefly, Adobe and Microsoft platforms.
