Service Manager

Are you a senior service advisor or 2IC looking to take the next step in your automotive career?

Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee our successful Service team and ensure manufacturer standards are achieved.

As the Service Manager you will oversee the day-to-day service requirements in a professional and efficient manner at all times with a focus on resources and people. The perfect candidate for this role will have prior experience within a medium to large Automotive Service Operations business.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Exceptional leadership qualities
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with customers
• Strategic management of service department operations to ensure the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner
• Knowledge/experience with Dealer Management Systems
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Valid drivers licence
• Ability to manage a large, diverse team
