The Ulhasnagar-based organization is renowned for its dedicated workforce and emphasis on excellence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ulhasnagar for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will manage daily field service operations, which include troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repairs, and providing technical support to clients.

The role also requires effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction, as well as addressing technical challenges efficiently to minimize downtime. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Strong Field Service experience, including on-site problem resolution Technical Support expertise to assist clients effectively Maintenance & Repair skills for ensuring equipment reliability Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) is preferred Previous experience in a similar role or the electrical industry is an added advantage
