Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Pune. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely field service, and offering technical support to clients.

Additional duties include performing maintenance and repair tasks and ensuring systems and equipment operate at optimal performance levels. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service to identify and solve complex technical problems efficiently Strong interpersonal and Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members Experience in Technical Support to address and resolve customer concerns promptly Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of burners, pumps, heat exchangers and similar equipment Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures meticulously Relevant certifications or a diploma/degree in engineering or a technical field is preferred Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
