Key Responsibilities • Install, commission, and qualify semiconductor plasma processing equipment/tools • Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues • Provide on-site technical support and respond to urgent service requests • Train customer engineers and operators on system operation and maintenance • Support new tool development and factory acceptance testing in Germany • Maintain service documentation and provide feedback to engineering teams • Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and industry standards What We’re Looking For • Ideally holding an associate degree in electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical engineering, or equivalent military/technical training • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance or technical operation position within high-tech manufacturing environments • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems • Basic understanding of PLC systems and industrial controls (troubleshooting experience is a plus) • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-tech environment • Willingness to travel internationally for training (Germany) and support activities • Valid driver’s license and passport What Makes This Role Interesting Work on cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing technology Gain international experience with training in Germany Support tools at a world-leading semiconductor fab Be part of a global engineering team developing next-generation equipment
