Job Description:- Service Engineer Experience:- Fresher and Minimum 2yr Salary:- 18,000 to 28,000 Location:- Ahmedabad:- 6 Languages: Local Language, Hindi, English, Gujarati We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team specializing in CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery at client sites.

This role requires strong technical skills, a solid understanding of CNC systems, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: Perform the installation and commissioning of CNC machines at customer sites, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and integration with other systems. Conduct machine testing to verify optimal performance according to manufacturer specifications.

Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC machines. Perform repairs and replace faulty components to restore machine functionality quickly and efficiently. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of CNC machines.

Inspect and service machines regularly to identify potential issues before they result in operational disruptions. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues related to machine performance. Assist clients with machine programming, software updates, and control system adjustments.

Training & Documentation: Train customer personnel on the operation, maintenance, and safety practices related to CNC machines. Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, documenting all work completed, parts replaced, and recommendations for future service. Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely and professional service.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on customer needs and opportunities for additional services or machine upgrades. Requirements: Education: Diploma, ITI or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Experience: Proven experience as a Service Engineer or Technician in the CNC machinery or manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of CNC machine systems and mechanical components. Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and machine drawings. Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

Hands-on experience with machine tools, electrical systems, PLCs, and automation components. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues. Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and test equipment
