G&E Partners is partnered with a leading electrical contractor in Florida that is continuing to expand its Service Division due to sustained growth and increasing client demand. With a strong reputation across South Florida and a growing portfolio of service, maintenance, and small projects work, they are looking to appoint a Service Division Manager to lead operations, drive business growth, and support the continued success of the division. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a well-established service division, leading teams, managing key client accounts, and playing a pivotal role in the company's long-term growth strategy.

Requirements Strong electrical service and maintenance experience, ideally with an electrical contractor. Proven track record of developing business, building client relationships, and winning service work. Experience estimating, pricing, and managing electrical service projects, maintenance contracts, and small works.

Ability to oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and project execution. Experience managing profitability through job costing, pricing strategies, and operational oversight. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes, procedures, and scalable operational structures.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing teams and client relationships. Local to the Miami / South Florida market, or open to relocating.
