We require a dedicated resource to support and coordinate the AppDynamics implementation and onboarding activities across their environment. The resource will be expected to take ownership of the overall coordination and delivery, including the following key responsibilities:

1. Implementation Coordination: Manage and coordinate the end-to-end AppDynamics implementation across middleware, database, application, infrastructure, and associated technology platforms.
2. Technical Readiness & Prerequisites: Engage with the relevant infrastructure, middleware, application, and security teams to identify prerequisites, validate access and connectivity, and ensure all technical requirements are in place for deployment.
3. Monitoring Requirements & Workshops: Conduct technical workshops with NeoPay stakeholders to understand and document monitoring requirements, application dependencies, dashboards, alerting requirements, and key monitoring use cases.
4. Delivery Governance & Handover: Track implementation progress, technical risks, dependencies, documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover to ensure a smooth transition into the support environment.
5. Stakeholder & Delivery Management: Serve as the primary coordination point between NeoPay, the middleware team, the implementation partner, and other technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of escalations, and coordinated delivery across UAT, DR, and Production environments.

Overall, the requirement is for a Managed Services / Service Delivery Coordinator with strong AppDynamics knowledge and technical understanding, who can drive the engagement from a monitoring governance and implementation coordination perspective while working closely with the various technical teams to ensure the successful rollout and operationalization of the monitoring solution.
