Job Description

Strong hands-on experience with PRTG Network Monitor.

Strong hands-on experience with LogicMonitor administration and monitoring.

Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.

Experience creating dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Knowledge of SNMP, WMI, SSH, PowerShell, Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, AWS, and network monitoring concepts.

Experience scripting using PowerShell or Python for automation.

• Understanding ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, and change management.

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
