As a Busser/Server Assistant, you'll ensure tables are turned quickly and the restaurant maintains top-notch cleanliness, supporting our servers and bartenders.

Responsibilities: Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests. Collaborate with servers and bartenders, assisting with service flow and promptly addressing guest needs. Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, focusing on floor, table, and restroom upkeep.

Show attention to detail, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Work quickly and efficiently to turn tables during peak dining times, accommodating new parties. Offer support during busy periods, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications: Must be 16 years or older. Previous experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are valued. Passion for providing exceptional service and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, turning tables promptly. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Evening shifts typically begin at 4:30 or 5:00. Perks and Benefits: Pay rate starts at $5/hr plus tips. Tip out will vary based on daily sales and will be received in the form of cash.
