THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for hospitality professionals who believe serving guests is more than taking orders—it's creating memorable experiences.

As a Server, you'll guide guests through every step of their dining experience with confidence, warmth, and genuine hospitality. You'll become an expert on our food, beverage, and wine programs while working alongside a collaborative team committed to excellence every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver Exceptional Hospitality

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests through our menus, daily features, wine selections, and cocktail program.
• Anticipate guest needs while creating memorable dining experiences.
• Build relationships with regular guests and recognize VIPs.

Own Your Service

• Execute every step of service with precision and consistency.
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients, allergies, cooking techniques, and beverage pairings.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, support staff, and management.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism while involving management when appropriate.

Prepare for Success

• Arrive prepared, polished, and ready for service.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings, tastings, and ongoing education.
• Ensure station setup meets company standards before every shift.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout service.

Finish Strong

• Complete side work and closing duties thoroughly.
• Reset stations for the following shift.
• Support teammates until service is complete.
• Check out with management before leaving.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Fine dining or upscale casual experience is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning food, wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• BASSET Certification required where applicable.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• Experience with wine service and beverage pairings.
• Knowledge of SevenRooms, OpenTable, Toast, or similar POS and reservation platforms.
• Fine dining sequence of service experience.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Passion for continuous learning and hospitality.
