You will lead our in-house digital marketing team, working alongside an SEO consultant, to execute advanced SEO strategies, AI-powered content marketing, and high-performing digital campaigns across international markets. If you are someone who can rank websites, generate qualified B2B leads, and lead a marketing team to deliver measurable results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Global SEO Strategy Develop and execute SEO strategies targeting Australia, UK, and US Conduct international keyword research & competitor analysis Lead technical SEO improvements Improve organic rankings and search visibility Manage multi-region SEO strategies ✍ AI-Driven Content & Growth Lead SEO-focused content strategy Create blogs, landing pages, and case studies Use AI tools to scale content production Ensure content is optimized for search intent and conversions Digital Marketing Campaigns Manage Google Ads campaigns Lead LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing Support email marketing campaigns Optimize landing pages for lead generation Team Leadership Lead and mentor the SEO & digital marketing team Work closely with an external consultant Set KPIs and performance targets Build structured workflows and ensure execution discipline Analytics & Performance Track performance using Google Analytics & Search Console Monitor traffic, rankings, and conversions Improve ROI through data-driven marketing decisions ✅ Requirements 3–10 years experience in SEO & digital marketing Experience managing international marketing campaigns Strong English writing skills Experience using AI tools for marketing and content Proven team leadership skills Analytical and growth-focused mindset ⭐ Bonus Skills Experience in B2B SaaS marketing Strong technical SEO expertise Experience with multi-region websites Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) Why Join Us?
