SEO & AEO Specialist

As search continues to evolve beyond traditional Google rankings, we're looking for an SEO & AEO Specialist who understands both organic search and the future of AI-powered search experiences. What You'll Do • Build and execute SEO strategies across client websites and digital properties. • Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, SERP research, and content opportunity mapping. • Improve visibility across Google Search, Featured Snippets, AI Overviews, and other answer-driven search experiences. • Develop topical authority frameworks, content clusters, and internal linking strategies. • Collaborate with content, design, website, and strategy teams to drive organic growth. • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to site architecture, indexing, crawlability, and page performance. • Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search environments. • Track rankings, traffic, visibility, and business impact through reporting and analysis. • Identify opportunities that improve lead quality, discoverability, and long-term organic growth. What We're Looking For • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience. • Experience independently managing SEO strategy and execution. • Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, and Search Console. • Experience improving rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility. • Understanding of AI Search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI Overviews, Featured Snippets, and Zero-Click Search. • Ability to translate search insights into actionable recommendations. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bonus Points If You • Have agency experience. • Have worked with real estate, premium, or service-based brands. • Understand schema markup, semantic search, and entity optimization. • Have experience with AI-search monitoring and emerging search technologies.
