Job Description Job Description Job Title: Senior Technology Operations Manager Location: Niskayuna, NY (Onsite) Schedule: Full-Time Mon-Fri 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Lead Technology Strategy in a Role That Makes an Impact Acture Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Technology Operations Manager to support our onsite services team in a high-impact onsite leadership role functioning as the client's Director of Information Technology. This position will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversee district-wide technology initiatives, infrastructure operations, budgeting, operational planning, and long-term technology strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, building strong partnerships, and supporting educational innovation. What You’ll Do • Lead technology strategy, operational initiatives, and modernization efforts • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, support operations, and technology services • Manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and operational planning • Supervise contracted and technology personnel • Collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with educational goals • Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across the environment • Serve as the primary technology liaison for leadership and stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning efforts What You Bring • Prior IT leadership or technology operations management experience • Experience managing technical teams, budgets, and operational initiatives • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and technology governance • Experience working in educational or client-facing environments required • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational oversight Skills for Success • Executive presence and relationship-building abilities • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Organizational leadership and operational management experience Who We Are Acture Solutions Inc. is a trusted IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering secure, scalable technology solutions.
