Senior Technical Project Manager Senior Technical Project Manager (Sr. TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex technical programs across diverse teams and technologies. The role requires strong expertise in project and program management, along with a solid technical understanding of software, cloud, infrastructure, and integration environments.

Location Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN or Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure. Manage project scope, timelines, and schedules to meet defined objectives.

Coordinate across multiple technical teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication and alignment.

Oversee financials and resource planning, ensuring optimal utilization and budget adherence. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, SDLC processes, and documentation standards. Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and project execution methodologies.

Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management. Proven experience managing software, cloud, infrastructure, or integration projects. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).

Experience with both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies. Solid understanding of cloud platforms and technical environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives.

Exposure to DevOps practices or security frameworks. Relevant project management or technical certifications. Experience in regulated industries.

Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $73,150 to $174,000. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
