Senior Team Manager – Luxury Automotive Customer Experience | Madrid

Foundever® is currently recruiting a Senior Team Manager to lead operations for a prestigious luxury automotive customer experience project based in Madrid.

This opportunity is designed for experienced leaders who are passionate about operational excellence, premium customer engagement, and high-performance team management within international environments.

As part of this exclusive project, the selected professional will play a strategic role in delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with the standards of a globally recognized luxury automotive brand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a customer experience team within a premium service environment
• Driving operational performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Delivering coaching, performance development, and engagement strategies
• Managing escalations and ensuring service excellence across all customer interactions
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and client operations teams

Candidate profile:

• Advanced English level (C1 minimum)
• Advanced Spanish level (C1 minimum)
• Strong experience in team leadership, operations management, or customer experience environments
• Proven background in KPI management, coaching, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience within luxury, automotive, hospitality, or premium customer environments is highly valued
