As a key member of the senior tax team, you will report to the Head of Tax and play a pivotal role in developing and growing the Irish tax practice. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, deliver high-quality advisory services and support business development initiatives to expand the firm’s footprint in Ireland.

About the position

• Lead and mentor a team of qualified and part-qualified tax professionals.
\n
• Deliver a proactive and commercially focused tax service to a diverse client base.
\n
• Manage engagement delivery, budgets, risks, and client communications.
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
\n
• Act as a technical expert in Irish and international corporate tax.
\n
• Contribute to practice development, process improvements, and strategic projects.
\n

About the person

\n

\n
• CTA tax advisor with 1-3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
\n
• Detailed working knowledge of Corporation Tax with a good understanding of other taxes in Ireland such as VAT, personal and employment taxation.
\n
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and address client needs.
\n
• A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to leverage technology and innovative solutions to drive business success
