Job Description
This role reports to the Automation Manager.
Key responsibilities
- You will administer the UiPath platform, monitor automation performance, troubleshoot complex issues and deliver automation enhancements that improve efficiency and service delivery outcomes.
- As the Senior System Administrator (Automation), you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising business-critical Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, ensuring automation services remain secure, reliable and high performing.
- Working closely with business stakeholders, managed service providers and technical teams, you will also contribute to the design, development, testing and deployment of innovative automation solutions that support the Department's strategic objectives.
- Support and enhance enterprise automation services that drive operational excellence across DCJ.
