Are you an experienced Systems/Business Analyst with strong product delivery and people leadership experience? We’re looking for a Principal Systems Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative team within the financial services industry. This role combines hands-on systems analysis, product delivery, strategic planning, and people management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Systems Analysts.
• Set the vision and direction for your team, supporting product strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Translate business objectives into initiatives, epics, user stories, workflows, and actionable delivery plans.
• Partner closely with development, product, architecture, operations, and investment stakeholders.
• Lead estimation, planning, roadmap discussions, capacity planning, and risk management.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments while driving a strong culture of execution and continuous improvement.
• Influence solutions, processes, tools, and ways of working across matrixed teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Product Management.
• Strong financial services industry experience, ideally within investment management or wealth management.
• Proven experience delivering and supporting large, complex products and solutions.
• Strong experience translating strategic objectives into actionable product and delivery plans.
• Previous people management, coaching, mentoring, and team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira, particularly from a planning and delivery perspective.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with distributed and multi-time-zone teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
